Our classes are structered for everyone wanting to learn MMA, from the begiinner level, to people just wanting to get in shape.Our condtioning drills, and circuit training is a great workout while learning skills needed to protect yourself. Our 3,000 square foot facilitywith drop down heavy bag system holds 6 huge heavy bags for your traiining needs. Along with 5 focus master systems for all your striking needs. Our front room consists of a real octagon cage for your training needs. We have plenty of MMA equipment and training wear at our proshop for your protection. Whether you are new to training, just want to get back in shape, or have more competitive aspirations in mind, we have a program designed especially for you. We have your goals in mind, and will strive to meet and exceed them together in a safe, clean, & fun environment.

Our classes consist of kickboxing, muay thai, grappling, and wrestling. All aspects of MMA training.

The Gracie's first gained mainstream recognition in the United States when Royce Gracie, at 175 lbs. Stunned the world by winning the Ultimate Fighting Championship three times. His superior ground fighting and submission techniques forever changed the way men viewed Martial Arts.Today it is widely Acknowledged that without excellent ground fighting skills, your ability to defend yourself is dangerously incomplete. 

The Gracie legacy dates back over 65 years to Brazil where Royce's father Helio became a national sports hero for his undefeated record in no holds barred fights and for the development of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.

Johnny Garcia started learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Knoxville, TN from instructor Jack Butterni at American Karate.  He received his blue belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu in Kentucky on February 1999 from the Legendary Royce Gracie.   In 2005 received his purple belt in Miami Florida once again from the Legendary Royce Gracie.  In the Spring of 2009 Mr. Garcia received his brown belt From the Legendary Royce Gracie. Currenlty, Mr. Garcia is working on receive his black belt .Prior to opening Garcia Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mr. Garcia taught from his home privately for 2 years after moving back from Oakrigde, TN.  

On November of 2004, Johnny and Diane Garcia opened Garcia Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu .  In the summer of 2006, Mr. Garcia was the head instructor of the Gracie Academy in Shibuya, Japan.  While in Japan, Mr.Garcia trained with the following Mixed Martial Artists: Murillo Bustamante, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and countless members of the Brazilian Top Team.  In the summer of 2008, Mr.Garcia was the head of The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/ Mixed Martial Arts Department at the Fairtex Resort in Pattaya, Thailand.  While in Thailand, Mr. Garcia trained in Muay Thai.  In the winter of 2008, he has traveled through Europe (Turkey, Macedonia, and  Italy) teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts.
